We are pleased to share that CMRC will welcome Amanat Holdings as the new owner of our business starting on March 1, 2021. This new ownership represents a strong vote of confidence in the quality and potential of CMRC, as one of the region’s most successful healthcare investors joins our future growth story.
Our previous lead investors, TVM Capital Healthcare, founded CMRC in 2012 to address the unmet demand for high-quality post-acute care and rehabilitation in a homely setting, utilizing world-class treatments and services. Since then, we have grown to become one of the leading providers of long-term and post-acute care in the MENA region.
