Charlotte Banger is the Group Head of Outpatient Services at Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center (CMRC), leading outpatient operations across the UAE and KSA.
With over 18 years of leadership experience in private healthcare, Charlotte specializes in rehabilitation, outpatient strategy, and service commissioning. She previously served as Regional Rehabilitation Manager at Mediclinic Middle East, where she over saw services across 7 hospitals and 28 clinics, launched new service lines, and drove operational standardization and quality improvement.
Earlier, as Rehabilitation Manager, she led large multidisciplinary teams across acute care hospitals, focusing on performance, efficiency, and staff development. Charlotte also commissioned the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, managing everything from staffing to digital systems and regulatory compliance.
