    Ghina Diab is the Corporate Project Manager at Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center and an accomplished project management with a professional vast extensive experience in leading  healthcare development projects across international markets, including Qatar, Canada, Algeria, Libya, and Iraq. With a proven track record in delivering both greenfield and brownfield projects, she brings a strategic and structured approach to healthcare facility planning, commissioning, and operational improvement.

    In her most recent role, Ms. Diab served as the Head of Project Management at Elegancia Healthcare in Doha, where she successfully spearheaded critical initiatives to enhance healthcare infrastructure and elevate service delivery standards. Prior to that, she held the position of Commissioning Project Manager at Sidra Medicine, a world-class 400-bed tertiary hospital in Doha. During her tenure in Canada, Ms. Diab played a pivotal role as a Process Improvement Consultant, leading the design and implementation of lean management systems across two tertiary hospitals with a combined capacity of 650 beds, resulting in significant operational efficiencies.

    Ms. Diab holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Microbiology & Immunology and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Canada. Strengthening her impressive credentials, she is  certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (CSSBB) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
