Dr. Ihab El Ghonimi is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 17 years of experience driving transformative growth and operational excellence across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors in the GCC and beyond. As Group Chief Business Officer at CMRC, he oversees operations in the UAE and KSA, spearheading organizational growth, strategic initiatives, and patient-centred innovations.

Dr. El Ghonimi’s expertise spans business development, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, market access, marketing, public-private partnerships, and operational efficiency. His leadership has consistently delivered substantial revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, and enhanced organizational scalability, positioning CMRC as a leader in post-acute care.

An alumnus of INSEAD’s Advanced Management Program, Dr. El Ghonimi is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at London Business School, further sharpening his global business and leadership acumen.
