Mohammad Najajreh

    Biography

    Mohammad Najajreh is the Quality, Safety, Risk, and Accreditation Group Director at the Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center.

    He brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare management, policy, and healthcare quality to his role.

    His role sees him coordinate an organization-wide effort to ensure the Center’s quality improvement program is developed and managed using a data-driven focus. He prioritizes improvements aligned with CMRC’s strategic objectives and collects and analyzes data to gauge service quality and treatment effectiveness at the Center.

    Prior to joining the CMRC team, Mohammad served as clinical coordinator at business development departments in long-term care hospitals. He also has experience in senior nursing positions in two acute care hospitals.

    He has earned an MSc in Quality & Safety in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He holds a Nursing degree from Mutah University and a Diploma of Environmental Health & Safety degree from the Bharat Sevak Samaj School. Mohammad is also a Black Belt in Six Sigma and a certified OHS practitioner in occupational health and safety.
